It’s water proof and it was so nice to take to the beach! We went to the Bahamas on a cruise and every stop they had beach chairs for sale and we didn’t want to pay for that and laying on just a towel still get wet and the sand sticks. This beach blanket is awesome. For starters, it’s huge. I’m not sure my pictures do it justice but it’s probably the size of a king size bed sheet, easily. Plus, it comes with stakes to anchor it into the sand (even comes with 2 extra, I’m assuming in case you lose one or two) and It rolls up really small (in it’s attached bag) so it doesn’t take up much space in the beach bag. Sand does get on the blanket, but it doesn’t absorb moisture so it doesn’t stick. The material is kind of like a nylon windbreaker type material and the sand literally just falls over when you lift it up. I can’t think of any downside to this blanket or how it may be improved, I honestly wish we had this purchased this sooner.

Love this water resistant sheet blanket! It feels almost like a very lightweight tent material & has metal stakes to hold down the corners. We walked on it after going in the water and the blanket dried extremely quickly and the sand brushed right off even when it’s wet. So much better than using regular towels to lay on!The only downfall is folding it back up to fit into the carrying case that’s attached. It was very hard to fold to the perfect size so we ended up just shoving it into the pouch. Bought this and took it to the beach on a SUPER windy day. (17mph wind). So windy, my cap flew off my head twice. I was a little skeptical on how it would hold, but low and behold, it did its job. With the steaks in place, it held strongly and I felt super spoiled seeing everyone else struggle with their dirty beach towels. It was also good for wiping off your feet. Only thing I would recommend on making this product stronger would be to add one extra loop in between the corners for a more sturdy hold.Side note- if it is really windy, be sure to hold onto the steaks when you pull them out because our corner flaps flew up so fast, that the steaks shot out and we ended up losing two haha.I definitely recommend this product for your next time on the beach!!!

I LOVE this blanket. The corner pockets fill up with sand to keep it weighed down perfectly. The size is massive, easily fitting the whole family and our stuff. I couldn’t care less about wrinkles in a beach blanket, so I would just stuff it all back into the attached bag at the end of the day and it fit perfectly. Water beads up on it, so it dries super fast. I sat on it fresh out of the water and you could barely tell an hour later. It is sand resistant too. The clip on handle makes it easy to carry hands-free as well, plus it is so much lighter than carrying what we used to bring as a blanket. I will absolutely take this to every beach trip from now on. This thing is amazing. I’m not sure why it took so long for me to discover this! We go to the beach a few times a week after work and on weekends living in Florida. The folding can be a little tough and awkward but mostly it’s pretty easy to fold. The sand just brushes off, even if the sand is wet! The water beads up and it gets a little damp, but dries completely within a couple minutes. It’s amazing. The material feels cool too. No more messing with towels and shaking sand, the sand just slides off and doesn’t stick. It gets very flappy in the wind though when trying to fold. Almost like a kite. Oh my gosh, we LOVE this product! I am so mad at myself that I didn’t buy it sooner!I was so tired of bringing towels to use for picnics so I purchased this literally one day before our road trip vacation so it was a gamble but it worked out perfectly!I got the 1-5 people size (I think the size is 9×7) but the photos don’t do it justice. My bf, dog, and I had so much space on it at the park along with our belongings, and although the material is thinner than I was expecting, it only took me 30 seconds to put it back in the bag- I cannot believe how compact it gets for its size and how quickly the put-away is. So, so easy to use. We didn’t even need to strap it down into the grass because it wasn’t a windy day and it still worked out great. No ants or anything. I definitely recommend this!

This goes perfectly under a sun canopy. We’ve used ours at the beach. It will also be great in a park to keep from getting bites in the grass. The stitching is excellent so there are no tears. We’ve put chairs on them and the material holds up and doesn’t rip. The corner ties and sewn-in storage bag are also sturdy. We use ours with the Sun Ninja canopy and the size fits perfectly. Sand and water shake off easily. The care instructions are simple. Haven’t washed ours yet, it hasn’t needed it. Very pleased with this purchase.

Definitely recommend! The size I got is perfect for 2 people. You can stretch out comfortably without either of you being on the edge of the blanket. The hooks it comes with anchors it perfectly into the sand. I didn’t have any issues with it flying away. It’s a thin material but is durable. Also very easy to wipe off the sand. I was able to fold it up back into the bag very easily by myself. My only regret is the color. I should have gotten a darker shade because the lightest blue got a bit stained with my tanning oil. Otherwise definitely worth the purchase.

Way bigger than we thought it would be and super soft material! Perfect for our annual beach vacation. The sand blows off of this super easy. Thin lightweight material. I love this beach blanket so much that I bought it twice! I lost the first one (I had for years) and couldn’t go to the beach without it. Perfect for small kids because it’s large enough to keep the sand off. It also has pockets to fill with sand or you can use stakes. But my favorite is it’s so compact so easy to travel with!
